I can definetly feel the carryover from my endurance training into my Crossfit workouts, especially the longer ones. I am not limited by my engine anymore.  Both my 5k time and threshold has improved immensely and I feel like I can recover  quicker within runs, crossfit workouts and between workouts. Its also fun to switch things up with endurance work and brings a different challenge and makes me feel really fit overall
