About 

Mark Cullen is a Vancouver, BC–based high-performance endurance coach specializing in running, triathlon, CrossFit endurance, and hybrid endurance sports. With more than 10 years of coaching experience, he takes a practical, data-informed approach that has helped athletes at every level build durable fitness and reach peak performance. He coaches athletes remotely all around the world from Canada, US, Australia, UK, UAE and beyond.

Mark has coached 5 different Ironman champions, world-class CrossFit Games athletes including Emma Lawson, Jack Farlow, and Dallin Pepper, and hundreds of Competitive runners pursuing personal bests, World Marathon Majors qualifications, and performance breakthroughs from the 5K to the marathon.

As an athlete, Mark grew up competing in hockey and soccer before transitioning to endurance sports after university. He continues to compete in triathlon and running, having raced the Boston Marathon twice, competed at multiple Ironman 70.3 World Championships, and continues to improve at age 36 with recent performances including a 1:17 half marathon and a 9:24 Ironman at Ironman Florida.
